Our 6m × 9m stretch tent marquee gives you 54sqm of sheltered, sculptural space — the kind of canopy that makes a backyard, paddock or beach feel intentional.
We bring it, set it up, and take it back down. You get to focus on the people who showed up. We focus on a tight, safe, photogenic install every time.

Indicative tent hire
Standard weekend covers 2 calendar days for $1,000. Each additional calendar day beyond those 2 days adds $650. Actual hire dates and handover times are confirmed in the written quote.

Installation and pack-down approximately $350–$500, separately quoted. Travel, peak dates, early setup and add-ons are subject to quote and are not calculated here. The $1,000 refundable bond is separate.

What changes install & pack-down costs
- Surface type: Grass and dirt are straightforward. Concrete, decking or sand need weights or extra anchoring.
- Site access: Narrow driveways, stairs, or obstacles add time and labour.
- Distance from Newcastle: Beyond 60km we charge travel per kilometre to cover fuel and crew time.
- Day-before setup: Timing, availability and any additional charges are confirmed in your written quote.
