- Site access: Narrow driveways, stairs, or obstacles add time and labour.
- Distance from Newcastle: Beyond 60km we charge travel per kilometre to cover fuel and crew time.
- Day-before setup: Adds a second trip but guarantees the tent is ready before your guests arrive.
