One 6m × 9m (54sqm) stretch tent. Approximately 40 seated or 50–60 standing/cocktail, subject to layout and safe site conditions.

Standard 2-day weekend tent hire is $1,000; one-day hire is approximately $850. Additional days beyond the standard 2-day weekend are $650 per day. Exact start/end dates, handover times, one-day extensions and part-day treatment are confirmed in the written quote.

A $1,000 refundable security/damage bond applies separately from hire charges.

Booking payments, bond collection method, damage assessment, deductions and refund timing are confirmed in the written quote. No automatic card hold or online payment is promised here.

Installation and pack-down are approximately $350–$500 when applicable and separately quoted. Site complexity and requested timings may change the quote.

The existing travel rule is first 60km free, then $8/km. The distance basis and actual charge are confirmed in the written quote. Lighting, flooring, side-wall and AV enquiries, early setup and peak-date charges are subject to quote and confirmed suitability and availability.

Prices are AUD. Applicable tax treatment is confirmed in the written quote; this page makes no GST-registration claim.

Cancellation deadlines, fees, date changes, refunds, early pack-down and weather-related arrangements are confirmed in the written quote before booking. No universal cancellation schedule or refund guarantee is stated here.

Damage, loss, cleaning, delayed access and any related charges or responsibilities are confirmed in the written quote. Contact us before extending hire; the $650 additional-day rate applies beyond the standard 2-day weekend, not as a separate automatic late-return penalty.

Provide surface, slope, access, underground services, event layout and power details before booking. Safe anchoring, usable space and weather conditions must be assessed. Do not alter poles, ropes or anchors without approval. Site suitability and any weather-related changes are confirmed in writing.
